Largest group of adolescent girls, boys, men & women present under one roof together for  Awareness on Menstrual Health and Hygiene~
Pune, December 17, 2018: Motherhood Hospitals, India’s fastest growing network of women & Children’s hospital join hands with Spherule Foundation (an NGO that works on various development & Educational program for women -empowerment & health) attempting Guinness Book of World Records by taking the initiative of educating adolescent girls on the importance of menstrual health and hygiene.
Dr. Rajeshwari Pawar, Gynecologist & Obstetrician with over 3 decades of experience practicing at Motherhood Hospitals, Pune, addressed a gathering of over 2500 people in Kendriya Vidyalaya on the importance of menstrual hygiene, breaking stereotypes and myths that accompany menstruation. This joint initiative has been recorded in the Guinness Book of World Records where they saw the largest group of adolescent girls, boys, men and women present together to talk about menstrual health and hygiene.
Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Geeta Bora, Founder, Spherule Foundation, said, “The global silence and shame around menstruation is alarming. In India alone, 23-million girls drop-out of schools annually, (i.e.1 in every 5 girls) due to the lack of menstrual hygiene management facilities like availability of sanitary napkins and logical awareness of menstruation. In collaboration with Motherhood Hospitals, we are taking a small step towards making the country more open to the fact that menstruation is not a taboo. Menstruation matters to our girls, and it does matter to everyone, everywhere. We experience it and we are here to shape its experience.”
Speaking on the initiative, Dr. Rajeshwari Pawar, Consultant Gynecologist & Obstetrician Motherhood Hospitals, said, “Young girls usually have a lot of fear, doubts and misconceptions about menstruation.
The chief guest for the Programme was Wing CommanderNeeraj Charak Basin President AFWWA, Lohegaon Station Pune. Dr. Bhola Dutt Joshi of Kendriya vidyalaya described this process is completely holy, which should always be respected. Dr. Kailash Singh made a live painting on the subject. Headmaster Sanjay Kumar Patil of Kendriya vidyalaya No. 2 AFS Pune  in his own style, spoke on this subject and gave vote of thank to the Spherule Foundation, Motherhood Hospital and all the distinguished guests.

पुणे, 17 डिसें, 2018: भारतातील सर्वात वेगाने वाढणारे नेटवर्क मदरहुड हॉस्पिटल, spherule  फाऊंडेशन (एक एनजीओ जे महिलांसाठी विविध शैक्षणिक आणि शैक्षणिक कार्यक्रमांसाठी काम करते - सक्षमीकरण आणि आरोग्य), गिनीज बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड्स किशोरवयीन मुलींना मासिक पाळी व स्वच्छता या विषयावर शिक्षित करण्याच्या उपक्रम.

मदरहुड हॉस्पिटल, पुणे येथे 3 दशकांहून अधिक अनुभवाचा अनुभव घेतलेल्या डॉ. राजेश्वरी पवार यांनी मासिक विद्यालयातील 2000 हून अधिक लोकांना मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता, मासिक धर्म सोबत मिथकांची महत्त्व यावर संबोधित केले. ही संयुक्त उपक्रम गिनीज बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रेकॉर्ड्समध्ये नोंदविण्यात आले आहे. त्यात किशोरवयीन मुली, मुले, पुरुष आणि महिला एकत्रितपणे मासिक धर्म आणि स्वच्छता याबद्दल बोलण्यासाठी एकत्रित झाले .

या उपक्रमावर बोलताना डॉ. गीता बोरा, संस्थापक, spherule  फाऊंडेशन म्हणाले, "मासिक धर्मांदरम्यान जागतिक शांतता आणि लाज हे धक्कादायक आहे. केवळ भारतातच, 23 दशलक्ष मुली दरवर्षी शाळेतून बाहेर पडतात (म्हणजे प्रत्येक 1/5 मुलींमध्ये) मासिक पाळीच्या स्वच्छता व्यवस्थापन सुविधांच्या अभावामुळे स्वच्छता नॅपकिन्सची उपलब्धता आणि मासिक पाळीबाबत तार्किक जागरूकता यांसारख्या. मदरहुड हॉस्पीटल्सच्या सहकार्याने, आम्ही मासिक धर्म निषिद्ध नसल्यामुळे या देशाला अधिक खुले करण्याच्या दिशेने एक लहान पाऊल उचलत आहोत. मासिक धर्म आमच्या मुलीं साठी  महत्वाचे आहे, आणि हे सर्वत्र प्रत्येकासाठी महत्त्वाचे आहे. आम्ही ते अनुभवतो आणि आम्ही त्याचे अनुभव देन्या  साठी येथे आहोत.  पुणे, 17 दिसंबर, 2018: मदरहुड अस्पताल, महिलाओं और बच्चों के अस्पताल का भारत का सबसे तेजी से बढ़ता हुआ नेटवर्क , Spherule फाउंडेशन (एक एनजीओ जो महिलाओं के लिए विभिन्न विकास और शैक्षिक कार्यक्रम पर काम करता है - सशक्तिकरण और स्वास्थ्य) गिननेस बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स का प्रयास करता है मासिक धर्म स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता के महत्व पर किशोर लड़कियों को शिक्षित करने की पहल करके।
मदरहुड अस्पताल, पुणे  की डॉ राजेश्वरी पवार, स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ और Obstetrician, मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता के महत्व पर मासिक विद्यालय में 2500 से अधिक लोगों की एक सभा को संबोधित किया, मासिक धर्म के साथ रूढ़िवादी और मिथकों को तोड़ने का प्र या स  किया। यह संयुक्त पहल गिनीज बुक ऑफ वर्ल्ड रिकॉर्ड्स में दर्ज की गई है, जहां उन्होंने मासिक धर्म स्वास्थ्य और स्वच्छता के बारे में बात करने के लिए किशोर लड़कियों, लड़कों, पुरुषों और महिलाओं का सबसे बड़ा समूह देखा। इस पहल पर बोलते हुए, डॉ गीता बोरा, संस्थापक, स्फेरूल फाउंडेशन ने कहा, "मासिक धर्म के आसपास वैश्विक चुप्पी और शर्म खतरनाक है। अकेले भारत में, 23 मिलियन लड़कियां सालाना स्कूलों से बाहर निकलती हैं, (यानी प्रत्येक १/ 5 लड़कियों में) मासिक धर्म स्वच्छता प्रबंधन सुविधाओं की कमी जैसे सैनिटरी नैपकिन की उपलब्धता और मासिक धर्म की  जागरूकता। मातृत्व अस्पतालों के सहयोग से, हम देश को इस तथ्य के लिए और अधिक खुले बनाने के लिए एक छोटा कदम उठा रहे हैं कि मासिक धर्म एक वर्जित नहीं है। मासिक धर्म हमारी लड़कियों के लिए मायने रखता है, और यह हर जगह, हर किसी के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है। हम इसका अनुभव करते हैं और हम यहां अपने अनुभव को आकार देने के लिए हैं। " इस पहल पर बोलते हुए, डॉ राजेश्वरी पवार, सलाहकार स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ और Obstetrician मातृत्व अस्पताल, ने कहा, "युवा लड़कियों को आमतौर पर मासिक धर्म के बारे में बहुत डर, संदेह और गलत धारणाएं होती हैं।
 कार्यक्रम के लिए मुख्य अतिथि विंग कमांडर नीरज चरक बेसिन अध्यक्ष AFWWA , लोहेगांव स्टेशन पुणे थे। केन्द्रीय विद्यालय के डॉ भोला दत्त जोशी ने वर्णन किया कि यह प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह पवित्र है, जिसे हमेशा सम्मानित किया जाना चाहिए। डॉ कैलाश सिंह ने इस विषय पर एक लाइव पेंटिंग की।
केन्द्रीय विद्यालय  2 एएफएस पुणे के हेडमास्टर संजय कुमार पाटिल ने अपनी शैली में इस विषय पर बात की और स्फेरूल फाउंडेशन, मदरहूड अस्पताल और सभी प्रतिष्ठित मेहमानों को धन्यवाद दिया।

YOUNG CHEF JUNIOR AT KV 2 AFS PUNE

On   03rd December Young Chef Junior competition was organised in our school by International institute of Hotel Management. Around 100 children participated in the event and 05 participants were selected for the State Level competition. We thank Mr Yousuf Lokhandwala and his team for organising such a competition for the young buddies. These type competitions help us to take out the hidden talents in a child. 

MINI SPORTS MEET

MINI SPORTS MEET IN K V 2 AFS PUNE

 The play grounds of Kendriya Vidyalaya no 2 AFS Pune witnessed a fun filled mini sports day on 01/12/2018.

The primary class students gathered in their respective colour full house uniforms namely Shivaji, Tagore, Ashoka and Raman at the playground.

            Mr Sachin Shirke an expert in Karate was the chief guest. He runs an organization which trains women for self-protection. The Principal Shri Gurpreet Singh and the Head master Mr Sanjay Kumar Patil were special guests of Honour for the Mini Sports meet.

            Mr Sachin Shirke declared the Sports Meet open. The Vidyalaya Captain (Primary Section ) Master Manas From class 5^th standard began the Torch march. Sports Captains of all houses joined him gradually. The school girls captain Miss Shourya Suryawanshi concluded the Torch March. The Chief Guest Mr Sachin Shirke along with The Special Guests of honour Shri Gurpreet Singh (Principal KV 2 ) and Mr Sanjay Kumar Patil(Head Master KV 2) Lighted the Sports Flame.

            After the Oath taking ceremony the competitions began. Mrs Ujwala Ghanate anchored the sports meet. Mrs Deepa Dhembre (Primary Sports In charge) along with Mr Ashish (Sports Coach) Mrs Sushma Deshpande and Mrs. Nadrajan took up their positions at the Starting Point. At the end point Mr Gorakh Musale, Mr H K Singh, Mrs Deepa Choudhary and Mr Mahesh (Yoga Coach) waited with Bated breath for the winners. Class first tiny tots began the competitions with Jalebi race. Class 2^nd players mesmerised the audience with Potato race. Class 3^rd children enthusiastically ran the skipping race followed by book balancing race by class 4^th and 5^th students.

The atmosphere in the Vidyalaya was euphoric. All Parents immensely enjoyed the games and Sports display of the budding sports Bubbles.

            Ms Nisha Batra took charge of Photograhy. Mrs Mini Das, Mrs Sunita J K and Mrs Rajani wrote the certificates and arranged the Medals for the winners. The Chief Guest And the guests of Honour Mr Gurpreet Singh and Mr Sandeep Patil adorned the winners with the medals.

            The meet concluded with Vote of Thanks by Mrs Deepa Dhembre.

VACCINATION MR VACCINE AT KV 2 AFS PUNE

On 30^th November 2018, Kendriya Vidyalaya No. 2, Air Force Station, Pune has successfully completed the Vaccination Drive launched by Maharashtra Government to protect children of 9 months to 15 years against Measles and Rubella. Around 1245 students were given the vaccination from classes 1 to 10. A team of Doctors and Nurses from Air Force Station, SMC, 2 Wing visited the school and gave the vaccination to students. Mr. Gurpreet Singh, Principal along with Mr. Sanjay Kumar Patil, Headmaster and Mrs. Tyagi, Vidyalaya Doctor took a session and explained on the Importance of this Vaccination for students and parents. Under the supervision of these people and the teacher In-charge, Mr. Dinesh Kumar, PET, of the vidyalaya the necessary arrangements were made for this vaccination drive. The programme was completed successfully.

30 नवंबर 2018 को, केन्द्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक 2, वायु सेना स्थल, पुणे ने महाराष्ट्र सरकार द्वारा 9 महीने से 15 साल के बच्चों को मीसल्स और रूबेला से बचाने के लिए चलाए जा रहे टीकाकरण अभियान को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा कर लिया है। विद्यालय में कक्षा 1 से 10 तक के करीब 1245 छात्रों का टीकाकरण करवाया गया हैं। वायुसेना स्थल, एस.एम.सी., 2 विंग से डॉक्टरों और नर्सों की एक टीम ने स्कूल का दौरा किया और छात्रों को टीका दिया। श्री गुरप्रीत सिंह, प्राचार्य  के साथ श्री संजय कुमार पाटील, मुख्याद्यापक और श्रीमती त्यागी, विद्यालय डॉक्टर ने इस टीकाकरण कार्यक्रम पर एक सत्र लिया और छात्रों और माता-पिता को इसके महत्व को समझाया। इन लोगों के साथ शिक्षक प्रभारी श्री दिनेश कुमार, पीईटी की देखरेख में, विद्यालय में इस टीकाकरण अभियान के लिए आवश्यक व्यवस्था की गई थी । पूरे दिन चला यह कार्यक्रम सफलतापूर्वक पूर्ण हुआ ।

30 नोव्हेंबर 2018 रोजी केन्द्रीय विद्यालय क्रमांक 2, वायुसेना स्थळ, पुणे यांनी महाराष्ट्र सरकारनीं 9 महिने ते 15 वर्षांच्या मुलांकरता गोवर आणि रुबेला विरूद्ध सुरक्षित राहण्यासाठी सुरु केलेल्या लसीकरण मुहीम यशस्वी रीतिने पूर्ण केले. 1 ते 10 वयोगटातील 1245 विद्यार्थ्यांना लसीकरण देण्यात आले होते. वायुसेना स्थळ, एसएमसी, 2 विंगचे डॉक्टर व नर्स यांची एक टीमनी शाळेला भेट दिली आणि विद्यार्थ्यांना लसीकरण दिले. श्री. गुरप्रीत सिंह, प्राचार्य, श्री संजय कुमार पाटील, मुख्य शिक्षक आणि श्रीमती त्यागी, विद्यालय डॉक्टर यांनी एका सत्रात विद्यार्थ्यांना आणि पालकांना या लसीकरणाच्या महत्वा बद्दल सांगितले. हे सर्व लोक आणि शिक्षक प्रभारी श्री. दिनेश कुमार, विद्यालयाचे पीईटी, यांच्या देखरेखीखाली या लसीकरण कारणासाठी आवश्यक व्यवस्था करण्यात आल्या. कार्यक्रम यशस्वी पणे पूर्ण झाला.
